Your Etive watch is covered by our warranty against any defects in manufacturing.
The warranty for an Etive Watch is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.
If the product is returned during the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.
To be covered through our warranty the purchaser must have bought their watch through the official Etive Watches website. We will not cover any purchases made from third parties.
If you experience any damage to your watch that is considered to be covered by our warranty, you can contact our customer service team by using the contact us option on our website.
When contacting us please provide us with the following details:
- Order number (If your watch is a gift you will need to contact the person who purchased it for you to receive the proof of purchase)
- Pictures of the watch and the damage
- Receipt or Proof of purchase (You will have this through your order confirmation email)
