Shipping

We aim to ship all orders the day after receiving them, but please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. You will receive a shipping text or email once your order has been shipped. If 5 days have passed since you placed your order, please get in touch quoting your order number so we can provide an update. We kindly ask you to avoid emailing us about your order until the above time frame has passed. Once shipped, our UK orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days and our European orders should be within 3-7 working days. 

We use Hermes or Royal Mail to ship your order and a tracking link will be emailed to you (if you provided an email address). Please note that once we ship your order we will have access to the same tracking information.
